岗位职责：
1、负责 MES 系统或ERP系统中 Python 相关模块的开发与维护。
2、根据业务需求和系统架构设计，参与软件需求分析、技术设计、编码、测试、部署等工作。
3、与业务团队密切合作，理解业务需求，优化现有 MES 系统功能。
4、优化系统性能，提升系统稳定性，解决现有系统中的技术问题。
5、撰写相关技术文档，确保项目开发过程中的知识积累与共享。
6、参与跨部门的技术合作，确保项目按时、高质量交付。

任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、自动化或相关专业，需有实际Python开发经验的优先。
2、需 2 年及以上 Python 开发经验，英语娴熟可作为日常办公用语，具有 MES 系统相关开发经验者优先。
3、熟悉 Python 编程语言，掌握常见 Python 框架（如 Flask、FastAPI等）
4、熟练编写Oracle存储过程和函数，具备良好的数据库设计和优化能力。
5、了解制造业相关流程，尤其是 MES 系统、生产调度、工单管理等模块。
6、熟练掌握至少多种主流AI工具，具备AI实战思维，能主动利用AI工具优化开发工作流，例如：用AI辅助编写技术报告、自动分析设备故障数据、一键生成PPT方案或进行代码/脚本辅助调试，显著提升工作效率；
7、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能承受一定的工作压力。
