4.熟练使用SQL语句，熟悉MySQL或PostgreSQL等关系型数据库
5.熟练掌握Git、Maven/Gradle等开发工具，熟练使用Jira、TAPD等项目管理工具
6.有良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力，乐于接受挑战，能承受工作压力
7.有优秀的学习能力，勤于钻研
