It has obtained Grade I General Contracting for Housing Construction, Grade I Urban Landscape Greening, Grade II General Contracting for Municipal Public Works Construction (in March 2012, it was publicized on the Ministry of Construction website that our company's municipal public works qualification had been upgraded to Grade I), Grade II Garden Ancient Architecture, and Grade III General Contracting for Water Conservancy and Hydropower. The company has a registered capital of 50.18 million yuan and is equipped with various types of machinery and equipment. The company has a large number of highly educated and high-quality professionals and a highly skilled construction team, capable of completing various engineering construction tasks with high standards and high quality. Housing construction is the company's leading industry, with a solid construction foundation. In 2010, our company's independently developed Shuxiang Yajun project was rated as a demonstration construction site in Hunan Province. At the end of 2011, the A bid section of Phase 1.2 of the Xingsha Shenye • Ruicheng residential community, with a construction and installation cost of 216 million yuan, is under construction. Since 1992, our company's project quality and safety pass rate has remained 100%, and the excellent rate is at the leading level among peers in Liuyang. Projects such as Zhonghe Yaobang Memorial Square, Industrial Park Municipal Square, Provincial Water Resources Department Runze Garden, Shanghai Sanyi Technology Chuansha Industrial Park Greening, Jiangxi Lianhua Square Construction, Jishou Municipal Square, Qingdao Licun River Channel Renovation Project, and Ganzhou Zhangjiang South Bank Landscape Project have been successively rated as provincial and municipal high-quality projects. In 2010, projects such as the Changsha Liuyang River Scenic Belt Project, Xiangtan Chengdong New District Riverside Scenic Belt, and Loudi Sports Park were all above 60 million yuan; the Changsha Wuhe Yuan Landscape Project had an investment of approximately 165 million yuan, all won by our company for construction. From 2003 to 2006, the company was rated as one of the top ten landscape greening enterprises and an honest enterprise by the Changsha Landscape Bureau.
