Position Summary
职位概述
The Sales Supervis– Channel & Business Development will be responsible fdeveloping managing dealer networks across MainlChina while driving the sustainable growth of Stellar Works Collection business.
The role will actively identify new business opportunities, strengthen strategic customer relationships, collaborate closely with architects, interidesigners, developers project partners to expthe companys presence across hospitality, workplace, commercial, retail luxury residential sectors.
This position is designed as a long-term talent development role with a clear career path towards Sales Manager, Business Development Manager Regional Sales Management within an international design furniture company.
销售主管（渠道发展与业务拓展）将负责中国大陆区域经销商网络的开发与管理，推动 Stellar Works Collection 产品线的持续增长。
该岗位将积极开拓市场机会，深化重点客户合作关系，并与建筑师、室内设计师、地产开发商及项目合作伙伴建立长期合作，持续提升公司在酒店、办公、商业零售及高端住宅等领域的品牌影响力及市场份额。

Key Responsibilities
岗位职责
1. Sales Performance & Business Growth
Achieve annual sales targets drive sustainable business growth within assigned territories customer segments.
负责完成所辖区域及客户群的年度销售目标，推动业务持续增长。
2. Channel Development & Dealer Management
Develop, recruit manage dealer partners across MainlChina while strengthening long-term strategic partnerships.
负责全国经销商渠道开发、招募及管理，持续深化战略合作伙伴关系。
3. Business Development
Identify pursue new business opportunities across hospitality, workplace, commercial, retail, luxury residential other design-related industries.
积极开发酒店、办公、商业、零售、高端住宅及设计行业相关市场机会。
4. Dealer Success & Retail Development
Support dealers in showroom planning, merchandising, product assortment, sales training retail operations to improve business performance.
协助经销商优化展厅规划、产品组合、陈列展示、销售培训及零售运营，持续提升经营能力。
5. Industry Relationship Development
Build maintain relationships with architects, interidesigners, developers other industry stakeholders to generate new business opportunities.
积极建立并维护建筑师、室内设计师、地产开发商及行业合作伙伴关系，持续发掘新的商业机会。
6. Commercial & Project Support
Support commercial negotiations, quotations, project follow-up, dealer coordination project execution whenever required.
根据业务需要，参与商务谈判、报价、项目推进、经销商协调及项目执行工作。
7. Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Production Logistics teams to ensure excellent customer experience successful project delivery.
协调市场、客服、供应链、生产及物流等部门，确保项目顺利交付并持续提升客户满意度。
8. Sales Planning & Market Intelligence
Prepare sales forecasts, CRM updates, pipeline management reports monitmarket trends, competitactivities emerging business opportunities.
定期完成销售预测、CRM管理、销售Pipeline、业务分析，并持续关注市场趋势、竞争动态及潜在商业机会。
9. BrRepresentation
Represent Stellar Works professionally in dealer meetings, design events, exhibitions industry networking activities while promoting the companys brvalues.
积极参与经销商会议、设计活动、行业展会及商务交流，传播 Stellar Works 品牌理念，持续提升品牌影响力。
10. Other Responsibilities
Perform other duties responsibilities assigned by the line manager.
完成直属上级安排的其他相关工作。
Qualifications
任职要求
Education
Bachelors degree above from a full-time accredited university is preferred, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, InteriDesign, Architecture, Environmental Design, Industrial Design, Product Design other related disciplines.
全日制统招本科及以上学历优先，市场营销、工商管理、室内设计、建筑学、环境艺术设计、工业设计、产品设计或相关专业优先。
Experience
3–6 years of sales, channel development business development experience in furniture, high-design furniture, premium home furnishings, workplace furniture, interiproducts, building materials related industries.
Familiarity with international furniture brands high-design brands, dealer development models, project sales processes solution-based selling will be a strong advantage.
具有3–6年以上家具、高端设计家具（High-design Furniture）、高端家居、办公家具、室内产品、建材或相关行业销售、渠道开发或Business Development经验。
熟悉国际家具品牌或高端设计品牌（High-design Brands）的渠道发展模式、项目销售流程及解决方案式销售（Solution Selling）模式者优先。
Industry Knowledge
Good understanding of Chinas furniture, architecture, interidesign, hospitality commercial workplace markets.
具备对中国家具、建筑、室内设计、酒店及商业办公市场的良好认知。
Business Development Capability
Strong capabilities in dealer development, customer relationship management, business development, commercial negotiation opportunity identification.
具备优秀的经销商开发、大客户管理、市场拓展、商务谈判及商业机会挖掘能力。
Communication & Collaboration
Excellent interpersonal communication, relationship-building cross-functional collaboration skills.
具备优秀的人际沟通、客户关系管理及跨部门协作能力。
English Proficiency
Good commof spoken written English (CET-4/CET-6 equivalent), with confidence in communicating with international colleagues business partners.
具备良好的英语听说读写能力（大学英语四、六级或同等水平），能够与海外团队及国际客户进行商务沟通。
Digital Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint Word). Experience with CRM systems sales reporting is preferred.
熟练使用 Microsoft Office（Excel、PowerPoint、Word）办公软件，具备CRM系统及销售数据分析经验者优先。
