一、岗位职责
1.负责核心业务模块的后端系统设计、高质量编码实现及单元/集成测试，保障高并发、高可用场景下的稳定交付；
2.主导数据库模型设计与优化，编写高效SQL及索引策略，参与Redis缓存、消息队列（如Kafka/RabbitMQ）等中间件的落地与调优；
4.对接前端、产品与测试团队，完成API接口定义、文档维护（如OpenAPI/Swagger）及联调支持，推动前后端协同效率提升；
5.参与线上问题排查与故障复盘，持续优化系统性能、安全性和可观测性（日志、监控、告警）；

二、任职要求
1.熟练掌握Java语言，有3-5个项目经验，3-5年工作经验。
2.熟悉JSP、JS语言，*少有其中1-2方向的项目经验。
3.业务方面至少熟悉采购领域、仓储领域中的一个2个。
4.了解Oracle数据库，有类似项目经验更佳。
