职责描述：
1.负责平台相关实施、运维工作；
2.对用户系统使用过程出现的问题及时分析、解答、总结并提出系统优化建议；
3.与客户保持良好沟通，挖掘客户新的需求，并向领导反馈；
4.负责对应用功能的进行测试，并组织关键用户对应用测试结果进行确认；
5.负责组织对用户进行培训，并进行相应的培训考核；
6.负责进行项目验收前的事项准备，相关文档编写及完善；
7.进行实施案例整理及成果经验的提炼
完成上级领导交代的其他工作。
任职要求：
1.30周岁以下，电气工程或信息化相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2.4年以上相关实施或开发工作经验，能够独立开展实施、运维工作，有电网工作经验优先；
3.熟悉oracle数据库，能进行增、删、改、查操作，能够熟练使用基础的sql语句、PLSQL工具进行数据库操作，能熟练进行数据库存储过程编写和调试；
4.具备良好的沟通、表达能力，善于进行文字总结，具体良好的文档编写能力；
5.具备一定的团队管理能力，能够对日常工作进行总结，提升工作效率；
6.能够熟练完成例行工作和专项工作，能够支撑临时专项版块工作。
