Job Requirements (Principal Responsibilities)
Prepare, coordinate control the maintenance activities to assure high equipment reliability, productivity, product quality safety.
Establish applicable PM, PDM plan to reduce equipment sudden failure.
Maintain equipment log record, drive improve daily inspection
Establish annual budget keep track, deliver innovations savings ideas.
Supervise team to work with safety, efficiency skills. Promote a cooperative attitude with subordinates. Effectively practice Performance Based Management by coaching developing employees.
Train supervise the team members to comply with the SOP technical installation repair requirement of all applicable equipment.
Participate in the execution of maintenance capital projects such as shutdowns, plant modifications, etc. Work as project mechanical resource, lead assist advise in the installation of new equipment to obtain the required reliability to operate mechanical equipment based on requirement. Assure that preventative maintenance, spare parts inventory is planned carried out fnew equipment.
Supervise suppliers’/contractors’ day to day activities periodically participate in vendassessment. Ensure that contractors comply with Cabot safety all other site procedures.
Be capable of making accurate judgement in mechanical equipment running status follow up suggestion.
Ensure maximum plant availability by establishing reliability principles. Lead conduct TPM related work

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills Behaviors)
Knowledge ability of MB/compounds (Plastic related industry) related mechanical maintenance crafts
Knowledge ability of Reliability centered maintenance process, including but not limited to PM, PDM, daily inspection, turnaround etc. Knowledge of TPM is a plus.
Basic knowledge of building structure, utilities facilities.
Knowledge of maintenance budget development cost estimation
Team leadership capability, passion fwinning attitude strong ownership, fast learner.
Project execution related knowledge.
Knowledge in areas such as confined space entry, lockout / tag out, hot work permitting, etc.
Reading interpreting Blueprint technical drawings
Ability of root-cause analysis, gather, analyze draw well-reasoned conclusions
Understanding of General Manufacturing Process
Knowledge ability in Accident / Near Miss Investigation / Reporting procedures
Knowledge of Environmental Awareness
Good English communication skill at reading writing.
Education/Experience
Mechanical bacheldiploma above degree was needed .Plus additional specialized training (University / Technical degree preferred).
Minimum four years maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing-related production plant, plus three years supervisory experience.
