3、熟悉J2EE架构，并掌握JavaBean、EJB、Servlet、JMS、XML、Swing、Applet等应用开发技术；
4、熟悉Eclipse、MyEclipse等开发工具，熟悉spring，ibatis，Hiberate等开源框架，了解工作流技术；熟悉VUE开发技术；
5、熟悉通信协议和算法；
6、良好的沟通能力、团队精神和服务意识。
