Job Summary:
This job is to build up a microbiological system ensure all operations in micro lab are matching Colgate standards in microbiology.

MajResponsibilities:
1. Responsible fmicro lab operation management, ensure to comply with requirements of Quality, FP&R EHS.
1) Participate in microbiological technology transfer in micro lab deliver training to technicians. Ensure efficacy & reliability of the micro decision process including Positive Release
2) Implementing the documentation system in the lab by following GDP requirements. Review micro lab data ensure the accuracy integrity of laboratory data.
3)ganize participate in micro lab investigation follow up with micro related NC, report micro incidents to Global microbiology.
4）Manage micro lab cost budget, ensure lab operation smoothly non-disruptive test.
5）Optimize inspection processes to enhance operational efficiency.
2. Responsible fmicro control program developed implemented in the plant to comply with Microbiological control standard #23
1）Develop an on-site microbiology program ftesting raw materials, water, environment (compressed air, manufacturing laboratory surfaces, laboratory air), finished products at the facility including optimization of cleaning sanitization procedures.
2）Transfer microbiological consciousness to employees to improve the Micro Awareness in shop floor.
3）Ensure that products have gone through appropriate microbiological assessments (e.g. preservative effectiveness ) prito manufacture.(technology transfer)
3.Participate in raw material supplier management
1）Audit raw materials suppliers help them to solve micro contamination issues when necessary.
2）Monitraw materials micro performance. Manage the microbiological quality assurance system to control the microbiological quality of raw materials.
3） Help support suppliers to continuously improve microbiological quality
4. Participate in internal external audits.
5. Collaborates with other departments to resolve micro issues.
6. Support conduct plant FP&R, EHS Quality related requirements.

Required qualifications
Education/ Experience:
1.Bacheldegree above in chemical, food, related
2. 2-5 years experience in micro related position
