SUMMARY:
Leads all Digital Marketing initiatives fdefining strategy. Develop Colgate Brbig idea campaign media plan in E-commerce,
coordinate drive E-com product Innovation, CRM management.
MAJRESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop yearly strategic plans implement Digital Marketing Strategies.
2. Take responsibility fthe business target, be able to catch up with the platform trend, seek fnew opportunities.
3. Driveganic sales uplift by leveraging platform tools, internal & external resources.
4. Media Efficiency & Budget Management(P&L management): lead supervise TP to optimize in-site out site media efficiency. Leverage paid traffic to enhance free traffic (esp. search performance).
5. Track deep dive store product key performance indicators. Proactively dig out negotiate with internal &
external stakeholders fthe resources. Eventually fulfill the business target.
6. EC Campaign Planning & Execution: a) Build-up E-marketing full year calendar develop campaign to drive brand
awareness & consideration; b) platform resource exchanges & negotiate with free resources（eg. flash sales, etc) c).
NPD campaign & celebrity campaign execution.
7. E-merchandising & Store visual management, ensure it is in line with brguidance brequity requirements.
8. Co-work with the social marketing team fcontent seeding, integrate out-site & in-site investment to maximize social
effectiveness to consistently build up hero products.
9. Consumer operation: a) consumer analysis, including profile, purchase behavior, gain & loss, etc. b) utilize platform CRM
tools to recruit new users activate the existing users; c). enhance membership contribution to business growth.
10. Data Intelligence: category & competitstudy, provide insight to management team, eventually facilitate business
growth.
11. Drive Key Account/Platform relationship, leading platform JBP fresource cooperation.
EDUCATION & /EXPERIENCE :
1. Education: Bacheldegree, MBA postgraduate degree a plus.
2. At least 8+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing, preferably working experience in Internet companies and/E-Com
MKT.
3. Deep understanding of China Digital Trends key players.
4. Understanding of Digital Strategy as it fits overall Br& Marketing Strategy.
5. Experience with understanding of the E-Com environment in China.
6. Competency in digital platforms, including Mobile & Social Media. Knowledge on CRM management.
7. Excellent English skills.
8. Leadership experience is a plus.
