YOUR TASK
1 Analyze the purchasing market taking account the needs requirements of the relevant Product Centers Hella Companies. Prepare supplier matrix, prepare qualified supplier evaluations build up alternative suppliers to meet overachieve purchasing targets in the dimensions of “Cost”, “Time” “Quality” in alignment with the responsible party from Product Centers Business Division
2 Prepare implement a purchasing strategy fhighly complex material groups with defined strategy teams. Establish a standard optimized supplier basis worldwide to realize synergies by bundling purchasing volume, concentrating on efficient suppliers optimizing the global process chain
3 Negotiate supplier frame contracts, define sourcing concept realize sourcing activities incl. but not limited to sending RfQs, negotiating nominating suppliers ftools components within the material group (new projects, lifetime extensions, change management, etc.)
4 Define material cost changes (budgeting) in agreement with the Hella Companies superiinder to an aligned planning basis to achieve business division objectives
5 Generate measures support the measure generation fcommercial technical optimization of components purchase volume to reduce costs improve quality security of supply
6 Analyse suppliers in cooperation with the suppliers, identify opportunities fimprovement derive corresponding qualification measures, involving internalganizational units, inder to optimize the process chain between the supplier Hella
7 Consolidate the annual material requirements within a material group steer central negotiations
with suppliers to achieve optimum purchasing prices through bundling
8 Initiate talks, carry out negotiations prepare contracts to reduce costs, as well as to optimize procedures between supplier Hella to enforce Hella interests

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelabove, majin engineering, Mechanical related majis preferred.
2. With 5-year above working experience in Commodity Group Purchasing, Very good at high level negotiation skill negotiation strategy, rich experience to cooperate with internal external stake holder.
3. Familiar with a few kinds of material group manufacture process cost structure
4. Strong execution ability/ Logic analysis /Quick learner
5. Good written spoken English
