岗位职责
1. 参与系统需求分析与技术方案设计，完成核心代码开发与优化；
2. 负责后端服务的开发与维护以及三方厂商接口对接，保障系统稳定性与高性能；
3. 编写高质量、可维护的Java代码，遵循工程规范与*佳实践；
4. 配合前端及周边团队完成接口联调与系统集成；
5. 参与技术难题攻关，持续提升系统可扩展性与可运维性；
6. 具备AI开发经验，能独立完成客户需求分析、技术开发、测试及上线全流程工作，保证项目按期交付。

任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业，5年以上JAVA后端开发经验，有AI应用开发经验者优先；
2. 精通Java核心技术，熟悉多线程、IO、集合等核心机制，熟练掌握SpringBoot/SpringCloud微服务全家桶、MyBatis/MyBatis-Plus；
3. 熟练掌握MySQL数据库，负责数据库设计、SQL编写与优化，理解索引、事务、锁机制等底层原理；熟悉Redis缓存技术，可利用其实现会话存储、热点数据缓存等场景；
4. 熟悉RabbitMQ、Kafka等消息中间件，可基于中间件完成异步处理、服务解耦、流量削峰等业务需求；
5. 熟悉Python语言，能熟练运用Python进行AI相关开发与集成；
6. 熟悉多种主流的大模型、智能体、知识库等技术，掌握dify、扣子等多种平台的使用，并且具有实际的项目开发经验；
7. 开发过程中熟练使用AI开发工具；
8. 具备良好的团队沟通协作能力、学习能力与责任心。
