任职资格：

1、1年以上JAVA研发经验，扎实的JAVA技术知识，熟悉IO、多线程、异步处理、集合类等基础；

2、熟悉Spring、SpringBoot、SpringCloud、mybatis等开源框架，热爱开源技术；

3、参与过较大规模软件项目开发，具备高效、健壮、简洁的设计和代码风格；

4、熟悉Pg、Mysql等关系型数据库的使用，熟练掌握SQL语句，熟悉数据库设计与性能调优；

5、熟悉互联网主流技术，对cache、消息队列、负载均衡等有使用经验；

6、对HTTP、TCP/IP网络协议有清晰理解，熟悉Linux开发环境；

7、熟悉k8s、微服务概念者优先考虑；

8、思路清晰，具备优秀的沟通能力。
