工作职责：
1、挖掘并对接：抖音、快手、私域等平台主播、MCN 机构，筛选优质性价比高的达人或机构，建立良好的合作关系，形式包括但不限于短视频、直播等；
2、与达人或达人机构进行沟通、谈判、促成合作、掌控直播方案落地执行等；
3、了解抖音、快手、私域形式达人主播产品需求，根据主播需求，促成合作，安排寄样、确认排期、跟播和直播数据反馈，不断提高带货渠道的销售支付转化率，搭建品牌主播合作矩阵；
4、对已合作的机构或达人做好日常维护，及时跟进主播的直播情况和产品需求，做好售后等服务的跟踪和结果反馈，按时解决主播在合作期间的各类问题；
5、建立及更新达人信息数据库，深入分析流量结构，输出销售增长策略，提升达人 GiMV产出，对销售数据结果负责；
6、跟踪市场动态和竞争对手的活动，及时调整销售策略和方案，保持产品的竞争优势；
7、管理商务BD团队，指导团队成员完成销售任务，提升团队的销售能力和业绩。

任职要求：
1，有大专及以上学历，具备2-3年以上抖音，快手，私域达播商务BD相关工作经验及团队管理经验。
2，具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够有效协调内外部资源，推动项目的顺利实施。
3，目标感强，主动性强，抗压能力强；有较强的数据分析能力，对数据敏感。
4，熟悉互联网行业和数字营销领域，对抖音，快手，私域达播平台有深入了解。有达人资源，商务合作，KOL资源。
5，对红人业态熟悉，对医疗器械(血糖，血压等慢病管理器械)，健康食品，保健品，跨境保健品行业有一定了解，有过成功合作案例优先。
