岗位职责：
1、使用公司平台或其他开发工具，完成功能需求、设计、开发、测试等工作。

4、按工作要求，完成数据库的设计、脚本编制等工作；
5、按工作要求，对日常生产运行系统进行监控，保障系统可运行；
6、按工作要求，完成客户所安排的问题解答、数据提数等工作；
7、针对生产系统中出现的问题，负责问题排查、解决方案设计、程序修改及测试
等工作；
8、开发部门内部技术沉淀需求.
9、协助技术经理/项目经理完成实际项目推进中需要完成的工作；
10、技术能力，业务能力提升.并辅助能力较弱同事技术能力，业务能力提升；
11、遵守公司，部门和项目中心的规章制度，行为规范；
12、积极参与部门内部的评价，绩效沟通，培训，考试等可能安排的活动；
13、企业文化：积极参与公司与部门相关活动；
14、上级安排的其他事项。
任职资格：
1、学历：本科及以上
2、计算机、信息管理、电子信息、自动化、数学等相关专业
3、3年以上相应开发经验
4、具有良好Java语言基础、面向对象基础、设计模式熟练.
5、精通Spring/SpringMVC/SpringBoot、Mybatis/Hibernate等开发框架.
6、精通Spring Cloud、sofa stack、dubbo者优先考虑.
7、熟悉Mysql、Oracle、Couchbase、Redis/MongoDB等数据库.有OceanBase经验者优先.
8、具有熟练的分析、设计、解决问题能力，能按规范编写相关开发文档能.
