1、深度参与公司信息化项目和物联网系统的需求分析、技术可行性评估及技术方案设计；
2.实现业务系统、平台架构设计和核心模块开发，协同产品经理和业务团队完成高质量交付；
3.负责信息处理、数据采集与统计分析服务的后端设计与开发；
4.建设和维护中间件基础服务，持续优化系统性能与可扩展性；
5.推动代码规范、开发流程标准化，产出高质量设计文档和技术沉淀；
6.在数据分析、智能预警、设备行为建模等方向上提供技术支持与探索性开发。
【任职要求】
1.计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上Java全栈开发经验，具备扎实的编程功底与架构思维；
2.熟练掌握SpringBoot、SpringCloud、MyBatis等主流框架，具备微服务架构设计与落地能力；
3.熟悉Redis、RocketMQ、Kafka等中间件及其在高并发场景下的应用，了解分布式系统设计原理；
4.掌握MySQL或PostgreSQL数据库，具备良好的数据库设计能力，熟悉分库分表、索引优化等技术；
5.有Docker、Kubernetes使用经验，了解DevOps流程和容器化部署方式；
6.有物联网平台开发经验者优先，包括但不限于：设备接入协议（MQTT/CoAP）、远程控制、状态同步等；
7.有数据分析、报表处理或数据建模经验者优先，了解时序数据库（如InfluxDB、TDengine）加分；
8.善于理解业务逻辑，具备良好的跨团队沟通能力，能够独立承担模块设计与技术决策；
9.拥有良好的编码规范意识、技术文档编写能力及持续学习的热情；
10.对数字孪生、故障预测等新兴技术方向有兴趣和一定理解者优先考虑。
