【岗位职责】
1. 负责公司业务系统（如 LIMS、MES、订单流程管理平台等）的后端设计与开发。

3. 编写高质量、可维护的 Java 代码，完成系统后台逻辑、服务接口、数据处理等功能开发。

5. 与产品、前端、测试团队紧密合作，推动需求按时高质量落地。
6. 编写相关技术文档，包括接口文档、设计文档、部署文档等。
7. 参与现有系统的升级迭代，包括新功能开发、系统重构以及平台化能力建设。
【任职要求】
1. 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，2 年及以上 Java 后端开发经验。
2. 熟练掌握 Java 核心语法、集合、多线程、IO、JVM 常识等基础知识。
3. 熟练掌握 Spring Boot / Spring MVC / Spring Cloud。
4. 熟悉 MySQL / PostgreSQL 中至少一种关系型数据库，掌握 SQL 调优经验优先。
5. 熟悉 Redis、RabbitMQ/Kafka、Elasticsearch 等常用中间件者优先。
6. 熟悉 RESTful API 设计规范，了解前后端分离开发模式。
7. 具备良好的代码规范意识，了解设计模式、DDD、微服务架构者优先。
