With our global client base expanding, we are seeking a highly qualified Technical Support Specialist to join our dedicated dynamic team.
Position Overview
The Technical Support Specialist will serve as a vital link between our Chinese production team sales teams across the European United States. This role requires not only deep technical expertise in AAV vectproduction application, but also strong cross-cultural communication skills. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive technical support, manage business relationships, maintain close communication full trust between the production team, company sales, clients.
Key Responsibilities
1.Provide expert technical support to clients regarding AAV vectproduction, optimization, application in gene therapy research projects.
2.Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, online meetings, in-person visits, ensuring timely effective solutions.
3.Coordinate manage technical business communications between clients internal teams across the EU US.
4.Assist with troubleshooting, protocol optimization, product selection based on client requirements.
5.Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, technical presentations both online at client sites.
6.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitproducts, advancements in AAV vecttechnology.
7.Travel as needed to customer sites, conferences, company locations in the EU, US, China.
8.Document client interactions, feedback, technical issues to support continuous product service improvement.
Core Requirements
1.Business fluency in both English Chinese (spoken written).
2.Proven experience in AAV vectproduction application, with a strong understanding of laboratory techniques gene therapy workflows.
3.Willingness ability to manage business relationships communications across the EU, US, China, including frequent travel participation in online meetings across multiple time zones.
