岗位职责:
1、负责公司后端系统的开发和改进；
2、参与系统的架构设计和核心代码开发；
3、承担Web系统详细设计及模块代码开发；
4、解决日常开发中出现的疑难技术问题，并指导中、初级Java工程师完成开发任务。
5、负责项目涉及到的部分前端页面。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上工作经验（优秀人才可放宽工作经验的要求）；
2、精通JAVA语言，具备一定的逻辑能力，并能使用Java进行独立开发的能力；
3、精通多种Spring框架，包括不限于：Spring MVC,Spring boot,Spring cloud,Struts2,Spring Security,Spring thymeleaf；
4、熟悉tomcat，jboss等web应用服务器的配置和部署；
5、熟练掌握SQL语句，存储过程开发，具备oracle、mysql等数据库开发经验，能够进行SQL语句的优化；
6、能够使用vue、jquery，angularjs等前端技能优先。
6、熟悉项目管理各领域工作，具备团队管理经验；
7、具有高度的工作热情，工作任务能够高效高质完成；
8、良好的沟通能力及团队协作精神，善于思考，能独立分析、解决问题。
