1、根据研发项目安排，按时按质完成项目研发工作；

5、负责同行业相关前沿技术（如AI/数字孪生/机器学习等）的研究和应用，并将相关技术应用到仓储运营业务场景中。

任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历，211/985等软件工程/计算机/运筹学/统计学/数学等专业优先，4年以上python开发经验；
2、具有良好的程序设计思想，理解面向对象程序设计，能合理运用设计模式；
3、熟悉python后台开发，有完整的项目开发经验，熟练使用Django或flask框架;
4、熟练使用python主流类库使用, 熟悉linux平台，能够独立完成python项目部署、调优、运维，具有独立开发完整系统的能力;
5、对PostgreSQL、MySQL、Redis有深入了解，并具有设计、开发和优化的实际经验;
6、有算法经验优先，如掌握遗传算法、蚁群算法、退火算法和贪心算法或者机器学习算法如LR、SVM、GBDT、DeepFM、Wide & Deep、决策树等；
7、有解决过仓储、运输领域的路径规划、生产排班与调度等约束条件下求全局*优解类问题的实际经验者优先。
