In our effort to support this business growth around the world, we are looking fa passionate Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer to turn data actionable insights, support business operation strategic decision making via business intelligence solution artificial intelligence tools. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams multiple business time to design develop data solution enhance analytics capabilities fBI AI Automation initiatives.
Key job responsibilities
• Translating business questions concerns specific analytical questions that can be answered with available data using BI tools; produce the required data when it is not available.
• Apply Statistical Machine Learning methods to specific business problems data.
• Ensure data quality throughout all stages of acquisition processing, including such areas as data sourcing/collection, ground truth generation, normalization, transformation, cross-lingual alignment/mapping, etc.
• Communicate proposals results in a clear manner backed by data coupled with actionable conclusions to drive business decisions.
• Collaborate with colleagues from multidisciplinary science, engineering business backgrounds.
• Develop efficient data querying modeling infrastructure.
• Manage your own process. Prioritize execute on high impact projects, triage external requests, ensure to deliver projects in time.
• Utilizing code (SQL, Python, R, etc.) fanalyzing data building statistical models.
Basic qualifications
- Masters degree in BI, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, data science analytics position.
- Advanced working knowledge of data engineering, ETL pipeline, data modeling.
- Demonstrated experience data querying languages (e.g. SQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python) statistical/mathematical software (e.g. R, SAS, Matlab, etc.) experience
Preferred qualifications
- Hands on experience with statistical analysis, applying various machine learning techniques, predictive modeling data mining
- Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, Redshift
- Ability to deal with ambiguity competing objectives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in e-commerce with AI technology as a plus.
