Responsibilities
Provide in-depth insight market stakeholder needs, market trends, competitive landscape, in co-ordination with Elekta’s other business, development commercialization teams.
Define align the vision, strategy roadmaps, working collaboratively across different functions business-lines.
Elevate lifetime profitability grow market share through a combination of innovations optimization of current offerings.
Identify opportunities drive key terms fstrategic business partnerships.
Partner with customers, support partnerships led by other functions, throughout all stages of the product lifecycle.
Provide oversight governance to ensure ongoing value proposition creation over the end-to-end product lifecycle execute within product creation commercialization, ensuring consistency modular design.
Define, monitdrive business cases fnew existing products services.
Develop business requirements fboth new products enhancements to existing products; work with research engineering on functional specifications feature/function prioritization.
Collaborate with key partners across the business to ensure product safety, reliability, performance meets industry standards.
Work closely with downstream partners fseamless go-to-market strategies.

Relevant Knowledge, skills competEncies
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree (equivalent experience)
At least 2 years’ experience in the clinical, technical product area of responsibility, , especially strong TPS knowledge/experience
Ability to use subject matter expertise knowledge to collaborate influence across functions.
Proven track record as a Global Product Manager in the medical device industry with strong business acumen
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understconvey complex technical solutions that combines hardware, electronics software.
Persistent persuasive behavito own drive cross-functional initiatives.
Collaborative mindset, ability to act without formal authority across functions.
Integratof technical commercial views.
Excellent English communication skills (written verbal).
Ability to travel domestically internationally.
