2. 新设备引入与验收
· 参与新项目CCS生产设备的规划、选型、技术评估和招标工作。负责新设备的安装、调试、验收工作，确保设备性能、精度和产能达到技术协议要求。
3. 设备持续改进与优化
· 分析设备运行数据（如OEE、MTBF、MTTR），识别设备瓶颈，主导或参与设备效率提升和自动化改进项目。
4. 技术支持与培训
· 为生产部门提供持续的设备操作和维护技术支持，解决技术难题。培训和指导设备技术员及生产操作员，提升团队的整体设备维护能。
5. 安全与合规
· 确保所有设备操作和维护活动符合公司安全规范和EHS（环境、健康、安全）要求。负责设备相关安全风险的识别和控制，参与安全事故调查。
任职资格：
1. 大专及以上学历，机械工程、电气工程、自动化、机电一体化等相关专业。
2. 3年以上在锂电池、汽车电子或精密电子行业设备工程相关经验。必须具备CCS产线或类似精密组装/焊接/测试设备的维护经验，熟悉热铆机、激光焊机、AOI检测设备等。有非标自动化设备调试或TPM推进经验者优先。
3. 精通机械/电气原理：具备扎实的机械传动、气动、液压、伺服控制等知识，能看懂机械和电气图纸。有故障诊断能力，能使用AutoCAD等软件进行简单图纸修改。理解并能应用OEE、MTBF、MTTR等关键指标，具备TPM基础知识。
4. 具备极强的责任心、抗压能力和问题解决导向。良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，能够与生产、工艺、质量等部门高效协作。学习能力强，能快速掌握新设备、新技术。
