Responsible fleading data analytics systems implementing new AI/IT/digital systems across Corporate & Business Development. This role supports business adoption of IT systems, drives technology upgrades AI adoption, ensures seamless user experience system integration. Itchestrates operational excellence through flex project management, process standardization, continuous improvement. With a strong focus on resultientation a proactive approach to problem-solving, this role is dedicated to getting things done figuring out effective solutions to enhanceganizational setup efficiency in China-based C&BD team.
MajAccountabilities:
•Data Analytics Insights Generation: Conduct data analysis to identify trends, generate actionable insights, support decision-making processes.
•Implementation of AI/IT/Digital Systems: Lead the implementation of new IT systems AI use cases to enhance operational efficiency effectiveness. Ensure seamless integration user adoption of these systems, leveraging IT savviness systems thinking to drive innovation.
•Operational Excellence Process Improvement: Drive initiatives foperational excellence by implementing the best practices continuous improvement strategies. Promote an agile mindset solution-oriented approach.
•Data Quality Control Follow-ups: Support Director, C&BD Operations, in overseeing data quality control processes, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, timely follow-ups. Demonstrate strong business awareness a proactive approach to problem-solving.
•Management Reporting Governance: Develop maintain reporting systems to support creation of timely, accurate reports ffunctional, management, executive teams.
•Resultientation Problem-Solving: Foster a proactive, solution-oriented mindset within the team, ensuring tasks projects are completed efficiently effectively. Drive a culture of accountability urgency to achieve goals deliver results, emphasizing the importance of figuring things out getting things done.
•Training Management: Create, deploy, deliver training assets, including live sessions LMS packages, on process- system-related topics. Ensure that training programs are effective align with operational goals, enhancing team capabilities performance.
Requirments:
•Excellent track record in the pharmaceutical industry - advanced level degree preferred (MBA, MSc, PhD)
•Proficiency in English required - spoken & written (required).
•Native fluent proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
•Proficiency in managing implementing business systems, including familiarity with new technologies AI use cases
•Ability to conduct data analytics to support decision-making processes, identify trends, provide actionable insights
•Excellent analytical problem-solving skills to identify issues, develop solutions, make informed decisions
•Strong knowledge of data management principles, including data stewardship, data quality control (QC)
•Expertise in business process management, including process compliance operational excellence initiatives
•Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, manage tasks with minimal supervision
•Proven expertise in results-focused execution: Translates strategies clear deliverables action plans
