Job Description
The role is responsible fthe integration of new process equipment in addition to maintaining, troubleshooting, modifying existing GMP non-GMP control systems fa GMP RadioligTherapies Production Facility. Systems at the Haiyan Site include plant wide SCADA, 3rd party skid stand-alone control systems, freezers, air handlers, chillers, Building Management Systems.
Key responsibilities
•Oversee manage production system control, ensuring smooth efficient operations.
•Handle resolve production-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
•Provide technical expertise fthe design, configuration, installation, maintenance of IT Systems software associated hardware
including interacting with other teams as necessary.
•Manage control the upgrade, optimization, iteration of production systems.
•Oversee release management, ensuring timely accurate deployment of updates new features.
•Develop implement policies procedures to enhance production control processes. Monitproduction performance adjust schedules as necessary to meet demand.
•Provide technical expertise fthe design, configuration, installation, maintenance of automation software associated hardware, including interacting with other teams as necessary.
•Provide oversight participation on all automation aspects of future projects including integration of 3rd party equipment to the plant DCS, EMS BMS systems, data concentration, batch reporting, data retention.
•Support site-based project execution excellent operations.
•Prepare scopes of work lead automation contractors as required to complete required work within project timelines.
•Develop project objectives working with user requirements business plans.
•Determine equipment system specifications most cost-effective technology to be implemented.
•Leading in discussions with internal business partners on priorities timelines, consistently supporting the transparent sharing of information.
•Develop equipment specifications in standard documentation – User Requirements (URS), Functional Specification (FS) Detail Design Specifications (DDS/HDS/SDS).
•Participate in operational excellence continuous improvement efforts.
•Problem solve any technically related issues impacting production.
•procedures to drive operational efficiency compliance.
•Implement revise SOPs to conform with standards policies.
•Provide oversight participation on all automation aspects of future projects including integration of 3rd party equipment to the plant DCS, EMS BMS systems, data concentration, batch reporting, data retention.
Minimum Requirements
•Full-time university diploma majin electrical engineering/automation equivalent.
•Minimum of 8 years of experience in Automation, Minimum of 6 years in a GMP Pharma environment.
•Strong technical skills with PLC Design Colding, SCADA，DCS. Preferred SCADA is Zenon.
•Knowledge of communication protocol. Such as TCP/IP, MODBUS, OPC, etc.
•Computer system validation experience, be able to write CSV document.
•Good communication with internal team Global supporting team.
•Effective communication skills both verbal written in Chinese English, seamless.
•Hands-on experience building, fixing troubleshooting things using common htools diagnostic tools.
•Be able to maintain the lifecycle of automation system to ensure high quality computer system including implementing changes resolve system issues.
