任职资格
1、专业背景：计算机相关专业
2、技能要求：熟悉 JAVA 基础与编程逻辑；可操作 Linux、麒麟系统，能编写与读懂 shell 脚本；会编写调试存储过程，熟练使用acle 或 OceanBase 数据库（至少一种）；掌握基础网络知识。
3、综合能力：沟通表达良好，能准确倾听需求、及时反馈问题；学习能力强，可快速熟悉人社系统业务，主动学习新技术与业务知识。
4、职业素养：具备抗压能力，工作严谨细致，责任心与执行力强，可高效完成各项工作任务。
5、其他条件：工作稳定可靠，责任心强，可根据项目进度接受阶段性加班；
