Responsibilities:

• Deploy reporting analytics within a focused area of the Nike business value stream to enable data driven business decisions that will drive performance lead to the accomplishment of annual goals
• Implement new decision support solutions in specific areas that help the business leverage/operationalize analytical insights
• Project management deliver large analytics projects with multiple business stakeholders on firm schedules
• Build deploy forecasts report business key performance indicators (KPIs) fsenileadership partner with the stakeholders to deliver relevant analysis insights.
• Utilize expertise with business partners to collaborate with key partners to understrequirements, drive knowledge action support data driven decision making
• Document communicate systems/analytics changes to the business, translating complex functionality business relevant language

Requirements:
(The abilities that the individual needs to perform this role effectively)
• Bachelors degree in CS, Software engineering, Mathematics, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, a related field.
• One of the following alternatives may be accepted:
PhD Law + 2 yr;
Masters + 3 yrs;
Bachel+ 5 yrs;
• 5 years of experience with an emphasis on data, business reporting analytics required
• SQL is a must
• Has an in-depth expertise in supply chain focused data including but not limiting to logistic, WMS system, inventory, transportation, planning…etc.
• Strong ability to lead and/work on cross-functional teams provide project management support
• Experience in definition of new measures, the translation of business goals quantitative metrics reporting
• Excellent writtenal communication skills
• Problem structuring strategic problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently manage multiple projects with multiple business stakeholders on firm deadlines
