岗位职责：
1、负责客户新产品工艺制定、设计确认以及检讨工作；
2、负责AB类新产品的开发及样品评价、设计变更的制作及申请、新产品试产以及首次出货的跟踪；
3、负责产品规格制定，成品性能评估以及改善检讨；
4、负责外购金属瓶的评价以及样品签发；
5、配合完成产品的开发相关工作，协助制造现场相关设备的改善；
6、协助经理及上级主管进行其他工作的调配安排；
7、负责OEM产品评价开发工作，协助其他子品牌产品的开发工作；
岗位要求：
1、会Creo 3D软件和CAD 2D软件能够绘制\规范出图；
2、了解塑料制品，金属制品的工艺流程及特性；
3、熟悉新产品开发流程，跟进新产品开发至量产阶段；
4、有一定的英语读、写能力，能看懂简单的英文名称；
5、具有优秀的书面、口头表达能力极强的亲和力、较强的应变能力和内外沟通能力；
6、具有良好的计算机水平，熟练操作office办公软件及ERP软件；
7、大专以上学历，机械/模具/工程专业优先；
8、2年及以上产品开发经验；
