职责描述：
1. 负责后台系统的设计、开发与优化，参与核心业务平台建设；
2. 使用 Java / Python 完成后端服务开发、接口设计、性能优化及问题排查；
3. 参与 AI Agent 相关能力建设，包括工具调用、工作流编排、Prompt 设计、上下文管理等；
4. 参与大模型应用落地，支撑智能问答、任务自动化等场景研发；
5. 与产品、算法、前端协同推进需求落地，持续优化系统稳定性与研发效率。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，1-3年后台开发经验；
2. 熟悉 Java 或 Python，至少精通一种，具备良好的编码与工程能力；
3. 熟悉 Spring Boot、FastAPI、Flask 等主流开发框架；
4. 熟悉 MySQL、Redis、MQ 等常用中间件；
5. 了解 Linux 环境下的开发、部署与问题排查；
6. 有 Agent 或大模型应用开发经验者优先，熟悉 LangChain、LangGraph、AutoGen 等框架者优先；
7. 具备良好的沟通协作能力和学习能力。
加分项：
1. 有 AI Agent 实际落地经验；
2. 有 RAG、工作流编排、Prompt 工程经验；
3. 有高并发、高可用系统开发经验。
