The responsibilities of the candidates include:
• Deliver high-quality, working software in every iteration with full end-to-end ownership.
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams, contributing across multiple disciplines (M-shaped skills).
• Operate autonomously, taking ownership of how iteration goals are achieved.
• Uphold high standards of code quality through testing, refactoring, adherence to best practices.
• Work closely with Product Owners stakeholders to gather requirements maximize product value.
• Drive continuous improvement in both technical practices product outcomes.
• Implement support CI/CD pipelines, including automated build, test, deployment processes.
• Promote transparency visibility of work in progress.
• Coordinate integrate efforts with other teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Mentsupport team members through knowledge sharing collaboration.
Requirements:
• 8+ years of software design, development test lifecycle
• Strong experience with modern, production-grade programming languages (e.g., Java, Go, Rust), Python SQL
• Design implement high throughput event driven systems using AWS MSK (Kafka), including schema design, partition strategy, consumer group management, resilient asynchronous communication patterns.
• Develop optimize synchronous GraphQL APIs with strong focus on query performance, schema federation, integration with distributed backend services.
• Deep Snowflake engineering expertise, including stored procedure development, query optimization, clustering strategies, DBA level performance tuning governance.
• Deep expertise in systems software architecture — capable of designing scalable system topologies clean, maintainable software using proven design patterns.
• Experience with data transformation technologies such as DBT (dbtlabs) workflowchestration using Apache Airflow.
• DevOps experience including:
o Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift
o Automated testing frameworks
• Cloud expertise, particularly in AWS:
o API Gateway, ECS, Lambda, SQS, EventBridge, CloudFront
o IAM roles policies
• Recognized Snowflake proficiency, ideally backed by official certification
• Experience with Azure Identity Provider.
