5、可自行开拓市场，目标导向，驱动团队协作，不断扩大产品市场及单一客户的份额；
6、能够理解并执行公司对市场人员的行为准则要求，客户至上，维护好跟客户的关系，满足客户需求为工作的首要出发点；平衡客户需要和公司利益，达到双赢。
7、有大局观和团队协调组织能力，善于并乐于与人沟通，具备敬业精神，对自己的工作热爱并充满激情；
8、较强的商务谈判技巧和能力。
9、能接受出差越南。
岗位职责：
1、国内及海外市场开拓，客户维护和管理；
2、负责大客户客户的报价，大客户各产品线分析，监控接单，制定大客户接单策略，完成销售目标；
3、收集市场新产品、新技术、竞争对手相关信息并及时反馈信息给领导层；
4、负责销售人员考核、培训、指导及日常管理工作，协调内外部关系，不断提升销售人员工作效率与工作能力；
5、完成领导临时交办的其他工作。
