Job Description:
Mission Purpose:
The department Audi China Logistics (ACL), located in Beijing, is responsible fa variety of logistic activities in Asia, functioning as a service provider fthe AUDI AG other VW group brands.
One task is the logistical support of the sourcing process concerning export business from Asian suppliers to all Audi numerous VW group factories outside of Asia: starting from logistic auditing over ramp-up coordination, to goods flow monitoring bottleneck management.
As an intern in Audi China Logistics, you will be working in an intercultural team within an international working environment.
Job Duties Responsibilities:
Define oversea packing according to requirements of VW group plants
Calculate logistics costs fAsian suppliers
Compile packing instruction foversea shipment
Coordinate packing related issues between Asian suppliers VW group plants
Optimize oversea packing to reduce logistics costs
Contribute to optimize overall logistics process Prepare briefing documents…

Qualifications:
Education Background:
BachelMaster student with a majin Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Engineering, related majors.

Professional Skills:
Proficient level in MS Office.
Knowledge of programming is a plus.
Experience in the automotive industry strengthens your application.

Competence Requirements:
Strong willingness to learn (pro-active, detail-oriented), problem solver mentality, open minded, cooperative.

Language Skills:
English (business fluent)
German (advantage)
