Position Summary (岗位描述)
1. Support S/4HANA transition projects, perform advanced SAP Basis administration with strong technical expertise extensive hands‑on experience.
2. The position collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams external partners to ensure the availability, stability, performance of SAP systems.
Key Responsibility (主要职责)
1. Provide SAP Basis support on S/4HANA transition projects, including the design, planning, execution of technical conversion.
2. Analyze, plan, deliver SAP Basis support fvarious technical business projects, ensuring high-quality timely execution.
3. Design, enhance, maintain SAP system architectures across on‑premise, SAP private cloud, hybrid cloud landscapes to meet performance, scalability, compliance requirements.
4. Lead coordinate installation, system upgrade, migration, system copy across legacy cloud landscapes
5. Perform system health assessments, deep‑dive troubleshooting, performance tuning.
6. Collaborate with global hosting infrastructure partners to ensure the availability, reliability, operational excellence of SAP systems.
Qualification (任职者要求)
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management, a related technical field, with 8+ years of hands on SAP BASIS experience.
2. Extensive experience supporting SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC, BW, Solman, CloudALM, BTP) in both on premise cloud environments.
3. Advanced proficiency in Linux/Windows operating systems HANA/Oracle database administration.
4. Solid foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure operations security.
5. Proven track record in full cycle system upgrades, migrations, S/4HANA transition projects.
6. Strong stakeholder engagement, full cycle requirements management, business insight, governance, risk, compliance, methodical documentation; able to work effectively in cross cultural global teams.
7. Excellent English listening speaking skills.
