岗位职责：
1. 负责公司分配项目的需求分析、功能开发、单元测试及上线验证工作，确保项目按计划高质量交付。
2. 负责公司现有医疗信息系统与医院HIS、EMR、公卫等相关系统的实施、部署及接口对接工作，保障系统稳定运行。
3. 负责收集、整理和分析用户反馈需求，编写需求文档，并完成相关功能开发、测试及优化工作。
4. 负责医疗智能终端设备的安装、调试、故障排查及运行维护，确保设备正常使用。
5. 负责客户现场技术支持及培训工作，为用户提供系统操作指导和技术咨询服务。
6. 配合项目实施及运维工作，协助解决项目交付过程中出现的技术问题。
7. 完成部门安排的其他研发及技术支持工作。
办公软件技能要求：
1. 熟练使用 MyEclipse、IntelliJ IDEA 等Java开发工具，具备良好的代码编写规范。
2. 熟悉SQL语句编写及数据库设计，能够独立完成数据库查询、优化及维护工作。
3. 熟悉Linux常用命令及服务器基础运维操作，具备系统部署和环境配置能力。
4. 掌握Windows、Linux操作系统基础知识，了解计算机网络原理及常见网络故障排查方法。
5. 具备扎实的计算机基础理论知识，包括数据结构、网络通信、数据库及面向对象编程思想。
6. 具备前后端开发经验者优先，包括Java、Android、Web等相关开发技术。
7. 具备医疗信息化项目实施、系统集成及接口开发经验者优先。
