任职资格
1、全日制专科及以上学历，2年以上工作经验，计算机相关专业优先；
2、熟悉Java前后台开发，有良好的java编程基础；
3、软件基础理论知识扎实，具有良好的数据结构、算法功底；
4、对常用框架的原理具有较清晰的理解，能掌握其设计思想和所采用的设计模式；
5、能够独立完成项目功能模块开发任务；
6、能够进行软件性能优化，代码规范，编程习惯良好无冗余代码；
7、具有良好的沟通协作能力；
8、工作踏实勤奋，具有抗压能力；
9、具备良好的团队意识及创新思维、自我激励能力，善于与人合作；
10、具有良好的表达与沟通能力以及独立思考并解决问题的能力。
