【岗位职责】

【任职要求】
1.全日制统招本科及以上，计算机/软件工程相关专业。
2.2-4年及以上J2EE开发经验，至少主导过2个中大型项目。
3.精通Java核心语法，熟悉JVM原理及多线程编程。
4.熟练使用Spring全家桶（Spring Boot/Cloud）、MyBatis，了解其底层机制。
5.掌握Redis/Memcached缓存设计，RabbitMQ/Kafka消息队列实战经验。
6.熟练编写高性能SQL，具备Oracle/MySQL索引优化、分库分表经验。
7.熟练使用Git、Maven、Jenkins，熟悉Linux基础命令及Tomcat部署。
8.有高并发系统设计经验（如秒杀、支付系统），熟悉分布式架构（Dubbo/Zookeeper）。
9.具备架构重构或性能调优实战案例（需面试时举例说明）。
10.逻辑清晰，能快速理解业务需求并转化为技术方案，具备团队协作意识，沟通表达流畅，抗压能力强。
