岗位职责一、工作内容1、负责搭建及维护企业项目土建专业、机电安装、装饰装修的BIM模型，2、负责复杂施工工艺节点模型制作，负责装饰部分施工工艺优化，出节点施工深化设计图。3、协助机电部门，为其深化建模、出图提供必要的模型和数据支撑。4、负责土建专业企业族的制作，企业族库的管理与维护。5、参与图纸会审，参与工程项目投标。6、配合平面设计师、BIM动画工程师，为其提供必要的素材及指导，协助其完成汇报成果。7、未来根据业务需要，利用BIM技术进行施工算量，并协助造价部门进行工程计量。8、公司因业务需要安排的其它事宜。二、任职要求1、土木工程、建筑设计、工程造价、工程管理类专业，本科及以上学历取得图学会BIM考试二级建筑或结构专业证书。2、专业从事BIM土建建模工作三年以上，有独立实体工程案例。3、能熟练运用Office办公软件、CAD软件，了解制图规范。4、深度掌握Revit及相关土建建模插件，熟练掌握 Rhino、Tekla等建模软件至少一种。5、有扎实的专业知识，熟悉土建专业、机电安装等相关规范、图集。6、熟悉Fuzor、Lumion、3dsMax或C4D软件的工作流程，有与BIM动画制作协同经验者优先。7、熟练掌握Dynamo或Grasshopper的使用，并有用其进行复杂曲面结构设计建模项目经验者优先。8、有现场管理经验，熟悉实际项目施工工艺及管理技术者优先。9、有异形曲面设计，或钢结构设计经验者优先。
