岗位职责：
1.认真宣传、贯彻执行公司的各项安全生产管理规章制度；
2.在科长的领导下，对负责区域的现场作业实施全面的监督、检查、管理；
3.指导分管区域安全员开展现场的安全检查和监督管理，督促整改措施的落实，及时消除事故隐患；
4.熟悉、掌握在修（造）船舶生产进度及主要工艺流程，以及各生产阶段的安全状况，对单船、项目、区域安全生产过程进行安全评估，根据生产实际情况，及时调整、部署现场安全监督人员，督促安全施工措施的落实，确保危险作业始终在可控状态之下；
5.加强作业现场日常监护，及时查处各类事故隐患和“三违”行为；
6.定期对分管员工的工作业绩进行评估和考核，根据考核结果提出整改措施或方案，报科长审阅。
7.严格危险作业审批，督促施工作业单位严格落实危险的各项作业安全措施，安全措施不落实的不得进行作业；
8.负责施工现场的安全管理监督，组织特种船舶（危险品船舶）的风险评估，加强特种设备、吊索具等的监督检查。制定安全监护措施，并监督、检查落实情况；
9.参与各项安全检查工作，做好检查记录，对查出的隐患问题提出安全防范措施和整改要求，督促按期整改并验收整改的完成情况；
10.按照事故处理“四不放过”的原则，参与各类事故的调查、分析、处理并编写事故报告，检查防范措施的落实情况；
11.参加有关安全工作会议，并根据要求在会前向领导提供有关材料、数据；
12.负责生产现场特种作业人员持证上岗情况的监督检查；
13.完成领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求： 1.高中及以上学历；
2.熟悉安全法规制度和修造船生产工艺；
3.有一定的组织能力和较良好的沟通及协调能力；
4.爱岗敬业，工作作风扎实；
5.从事船舶行业安全管理4年以上；
6.持证上岗，有B驾照者优先。
