Responsibilities:
• SAP TM Implementation & Support
o Lead end to end implementation of SAP Transportation Management (TM) projects: requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, post–go live support.
o Ensure alignment between APAC business requirements global SAP TM templates, securing consistency across countries business units.
o Monitsystem performance business usage, identify enhancement opportunities, propose technical process improvements.
• Master Data & Process Readiness
o Drive master data readiness by collaborating with BPM, Logistics, BL SCM teams to ensure all transportation related LLP related master data is accurate complete.
o Support rollout stabilization of Lead Logistics Provider (LLP) operating models across APAC, ensuring process readiness, system readiness, master data completeness.
o Cross Functional Collaboration.
o Work closely with external 3PL/4PL partners to define detailed processes, integration interfaces, service performance metrics.
o Coordinate and/facilitate workshops, trainings, UAT sessions, alignment meetings with business users, Logistics teams, BL SCM, external logistics partners.
• Documentation & Change Management
o Produce maintain high-quality documentation, including process flows, configuration guidelines, test scripts, UAT results.
o Support change management activities help drive user adoption across the region.
• Continuous Improvement & KPI Analysis
o Analyze transportation logistics KPIs to identify cost saving opportunities efficiency improvements.
o Work with Logistics BL SCM colleagues to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, related field.
• 5+ years of SAP TM experience on implementation support.
• Strong understanding of transportation planning, execution, freight management, logistics operations.
• Experience collaborating with cross functional teams external logistics service providers.
• Hands on experience in configuration, testing, issue resolution.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
