1.负责新项目质量策划，负责制定产品线质量控制计划、原材料/过程/成品质量检验规范等文件编制；
2.负责产品线过程检验、成品检验；收集检验记录和生产批记录，并完成符合性审核，确保产品DHR的完整、准确、可追溯并及时归档；
3.确保产品检验状态的符合性，正确及时处理滞留产品；
4.定期对洁净室相关GMP合规性进行巡检；并推动洁净室的GMP合规；
5.组织跨部门质量会议，对制程不良品、质量事件、客户投诉、不良事件等质量问题根本原因调查，制定整改计划，对NCR/CAPA进行追踪直至关闭；
6.定期对负责产品线质量进行统计分析，并提出持续改进建议；
7.参与公司内审，配合完成外部审核；
8.负责原料、过程、成品检验的检验员培训，使其掌握必要的知识和技能，以完成各项检验任务；
9.根据业务需求，积极参与各项有助于提升专业性的外部或内部培训；
10.提供产品检验、制程合规方面的培训和宣导；
11.对本岗位职责范围内的质量和环境安全负责；
12.完成上级主管安排的其它工作。
任职要求：
1.全日制本科及以上学历，化学、生物、制药、食品、电子、机械等相关专业，有5年以上医疗器械生产企业无菌或金属植入物质量管控和质量管理的工作经验；
2.熟悉清洗验证、洁净室管控以及现场管控、检验文件编制和批记录审核的工作经验；
3.熟悉质量管理体系，有ISO13485内审员证书；
4.熟悉无菌医疗器械的基本标准，会使用影像测试仪、拉力机等；
5.熟练掌握新产品开发过程和验证流程，具备风险管理(RM)意识和思维；
6.能熟练运用QC七大工具、质量五大工具、 Minitab等，推动质量提升；
7.具有良好沟通和协调能力；
8. 有良好的英文读写能力，有外企工作经历者优先。
