岗位职责
1.负责大型政务类系统的开发与维护，参与功能模块设计与实现；
2.承担系统部署、运维及优化工作，保障服务稳定性与可用性；
3.设计与优化数据库架构，处理复杂 SQL 查询及性能调优；
4.编写技术文档（概要设计、详细设计、运维手册等），参与代码评审；
5.与产品、测试团队协作，推动项目迭代与交付。
任职要求：
1、至少3年以上JAVA企业级应用开发经验，有扎实的JAVA语言基础和编码习惯；
2、精通 Java EE 开发，熟练使用 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis-plus 等主流框架；
3、精通acle、达梦、高斯、Doris、ClickHouse等数据库的设计与优化；熟悉 MySQL、PostgreSQL 等开源数据库；掌握索引设计与事务管理；
4、熟练使用 Redis、MQ（如 RabbitMQ/RocketMQ）、ElasticSearch 等组件；掌握 Maven/Gradle、Git/SVN、Jira 等开发与项目管理工具；
5、具备前端开发能力，熟悉vue等前端框架；
6、优先条件：有政务类系统（如智慧政务、电子政务平台、行政审批系统）开发经验；熟悉国产化技术栈（如麒麟操作系统、达梦数据库、东方通中间件）；具备全栈开发能力，可独立完成前后端联调与运维支持；
7、有AI辅助编程私有化部署和使用经验者优先；
8、要求计算机及相关专业本科（统招）以上（985、211优先）；
9、工作踏实、责任心强，敢于独立分析和解决问题。
10、有良好的团队协作精神，乐于分享，共同进步。
