任职要求：
1.计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，5年及以上 Java 后端开发经验，有医疗相关项目或AI项目开发经验优先
2.精通 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud 等微服务技术栈，熟悉微服务架构设计思想与实现方式。
3.熟练使用 MySQL，具备丰富的 SQL 优化、索引设计经验；熟悉 Redis 缓存、MQ 消息队列等中间件的原理与应用场景。
4.具备分布式系统开发经验，了解分布式事务、数据一致性、限流降级等常用解决方案。
5.熟悉 JVM 基础原理，能进行基础的性能调优、内存问题排查。
6.熟练使用 Docker 等容器化技术，了解 Linux 常用命令，具备基础的部署与运维能力。
7.具备成熟的 AI 辅助编程能力，能熟练使用 Cursor、Claude Code 等工具，将 AI 生成的代码进行校验、重构与优化。
8.具备良好的系统分析、问题解决能力，能独立完成复杂模块的开发与交付。
