技术技能要求：
熟练掌握Java语言及Spring Boot框架；
熟悉MySQL数据库的使用与优化，了解NoSQL数据库的基本用法；
熟悉主流开发工具（如IDEA、VS Code）以及调试工具；
了解设计模式（如单例模式、工厂模式等），能够编写高效的业务逻辑代码；
