安全职责 (Safety Responsibility)
1.1 Be responsible foccupational health safety production fire control work. Timely convey implement the instructions, regulations standards of the superion occupational health safety production. Carefully implement the companys safety procedures various safety measures,ganize I/E workers to participate in safety activities, constantly improve the safety awareness of them.
1.2ganize the identification of hazard sources in the area, lead the employees to understthe risk factors control measures in the workplaces jobs.
1.3ganize to formulate abide by various occupational health, safety, fire control other management systems operating procedures in the region to ensure that employees wear PPE correctly.
1.4ganize participate in the safety production inspection of various occupational hazards, report rectify the found hidden dangers.
1.5ganize participate in relevant emergency rescue drills of the Department.
1.6 Perform the duties of occupational health safety production,ganize assessment, put forward suggestions on rewards punishments, investigate deal with them.
1.7 Be responsible fthe management of electrical equipment to make it meet the safety technical requirements ensure the mechanical integrity.
1.8 Be responsible fformulating reviewing various management systems related to the transformation, maintenance overhaul of electrical equipment. Implement the safety regulations rules, prepare the plan of safetyganization measures fthe majoverhaul of the device issue the safety overhaul assignment.
1.9ganize the preventive professional inspection of electrical instrument equipment, timelyganize the force to rectify the potential accident of the equipment.
1.10 Be responsible fthe investigation handling of electrical instrument equipment accidents, maintenance quality accidents construction quality accidents, participate in the investigation handling of majaccidents.
1.11 Be responsible fthe safety supervision of the external maintenance construction team, urge the construction team to sign the contractsafety construction agreement.
1.12 The installation use of electrical products, gas appliances, the laying of electrical lines pipelines must comply with relevant standards regulations on the safety management of electricity gas consumption, regularly maintain test.
1.13 Understthe completion of various safety indicators monthly, collect the suggestions of subordinate employees on the safety problems,ganize the safety education of teams.
1.14 Complete the monthly department PGI inspection report complete it in time. Participate in the investigation of relevant accidents events, track improvement measures.
1.15 Be responsible fthe work of contractors, must strictly abide by the contractmanagement procedures, do a good job with quality quantity on the premise of safety.
1.16 Manage DCS/PLC other related control terminals, including field control cabinet, etc.
1.17 Manage the access control cleanliness of I&E room.
能力/经验要求 (Qualifications / Experience Required)
Knowledge:
College degree, majored in electrical automation, motdriving，automation.
Skills:
Basic writtenal English.
Experience:
At least 10 years’ working experience in electrical automation, motdriving.
More than 5 years DCS/SIS/PLC working experience.
Abilities:
Be good atganization planning.
Practical experience in field maintenance.
Good communication teamwork, committed to result.
