职位概述
我们正在寻找一名具备扎实编程能力和创新思维的AI工程师，负责医疗Saas产品的研发与规划。该岗位需结合Java、Python、SQL等编程技能，基于第三方AI工作流平台进行二次开发，推动AI技术在医疗业务场景中的高效落地，并持续优化产品性能与用户体验。

核心职责：
• 基于AI工作流开发平台（如n8n,dify,fastgpt,coze等），进行二次开发，满足业务需求;
• 能够结合业务情况，设计出合适的数据结构，便于后续的数据管理以及利用工作
• 参与AI核心场景、独立产品、生态平台的全生命周期管理，包括需求分析、技术选型、工作流开发与调优、系统集成及部署
• 跟踪*新的AI技术动态，为团队提供创新思路；
• 参与创新型AI项目的具体实施，交付结果。

任职要求
o 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、大数据科学、软件工程等相关专业优先
o 较强的逻辑分析能力与问题解决能力，热爱编程；
o 熟练掌握Java/Python、SQL，具备数据处理与分析能力；
o 对于当前的AI应用的范式，AI的使用优缺点都有比较明确的认识；
o 了解高代码的autogen等各种开源agent框架
