岗位职责：
1、根据电力电子主电路拓扑、功率等级及控制板硬件方案，完成多层 PCB 版图设计，包括元器件布局、信号 / 电源 / 功率层走线、阻抗控制、过流与耐压设计、热设计及电磁兼容（EMC）优化；
2、负责原理图网表导入、BOM 核对、DRC/ERC 检查、Gerber 文件输出、钢网与 SMT 文件制作，跟进 PCB 打样、制板与焊接过程，解决生产过程中的工艺与设计问题；
3、配合硬件工程师完成电源、驱动、采样、保护、通信等模块的版图设计，优化关键信号（如 PWM、采样、驱动）的路径与隔离，抑制串扰、反射与地弹噪声；
4、参与硬件板卡调试与测试验证，定位并解决因 PCB 设计导致的信号完整性、电源完整性、EMI/EMC 及散热可靠性问题；
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，电气工程、电子信息等相关专业；
2、具有3年及以上电力电子或工控领域 PCB Layout 独立设计经验，有大功率变换器、储能、逆变器或驱动板设计经验者优先；
3、熟练使用 Altium Designer、Cadence Allegro、PADS 等至少一种主流 EDA 工具，具备多层板（≥4 层）、大功率混合信号板及高速信号板设计经验；
4、熟悉 PCB 生产工艺、安规标准、EMC 设计规范与信号完整性 / 电源完整性优化方法，能独立完成阻抗控制、差分走线、隔离设计与热设计；
5、熟悉常用电子元器件（如 IGBT/SiC 驱动、电源芯片、采样电路、保护电路）的封装与布线要求，具备较强的 BOM 核对与工艺文件输出能力；
