The Business Risk Resilience (BRR) plays an important role in enabling the bank to operate within its risk appetite, by ensuring efficient effective risk control management. The BRR achieves this by providing operational risk control expertise, conducting high quality reviews of the banks control environment, conducting end to end control assurance reviews on key controls, maintaining robust risk governance focused on material risk issues, evolving a culture of continuous consistent risk management. 1. Assist the implementation of Operation Risk Management Framework support management to identify regulatory & internal policy changes fcontinuous risk identification control monitoring. 2. Responsible fundertaking the CDD(Customer Due Diligence) process fnew clients in accordance with the HSBC Global Standard the relevant laws local policies, processes & procedures. 3. Identify escalate critical/exceptional issues to the appropriate management. 4. Assist to engage stakeholders as required. (including but not limited to Subject Matter Experts, other NFR teams, Global Function, etc.) 5. Collect maintain information data fongoing risk control monitoring, document appropriately in internal systems. 1. Fulltime Graduation/Post graduation from recognized universities with 2 to 5 years of experience. 2. Good understanding of operational risk controls preferably gained through experience in front line and/risk roles, FCR/AML/KYC related knowledge. 3. Experience in retail banking operations / banking products, exposures to audit and/compliance functions/ requirements an advantage. 4. Ability to multi-task prioritize while ensuring quality. 5. Good communication, analytical critical thinking. 6.
