1、独立完成PCB布局设计，确保电路板的电气性能和物理布局优化；
2、参与硬件样品的制作与测试，记录测试结果并提供反馈；
3、支持硬件工程师进行电路调试，协助解决设计过程中的技术问题；
4、维护设计文档和版本控制，确保设计资料的准确性和完整性；
5、参与硬件产品的持续改进，提出改进建议并跟踪实施效果。
任职要求：
1、电子、通讯、自动化等相关专业，本科及以上学历，3年以上pcb layout工作经验；
2、能完成4-8层板，具有高速信号如DDR3\DDR4，以太网等LAYOUT经验;
3、熟悉PCB设计软件PADS，具备基本电路原理知识；
4、具备良好的问题分析和解决能力，能够独立处理设计中的常见问题；
5、具有较强的学习能力和团队合作精神，能够快速适应新技术和新工具；
6、良好的沟通技巧，能够有效与团队成员及跨部门沟通；
7、对硬件开发流程有一定了解，有相关工作经验者优先。
