Job Purpose:
Champions, develops, sustains a culture of continuous improvement (CI) knowledge about related methodologies/activities across all areas of the site. The end-purpose is to improve the key performance indicators (People, Safety, Service, Cost, Capital) of the site specific area.
Job Responsibilities:
-Develops expands local capabilities in applying continuous improvement tools methods;
-Promotes a structured problem-solving approach, supports, challenges the workforce in direction setting, prioritization implementation of improvement activities;
-Deploys sustains the ALPS manufacturing program including a coaching support structure to drive CI initiatives ensure sustainability of improvements;
-Coaches Advanced Lead Practitioners, local staff/MT on site gives reinforcement training on selected topics;
-Reviews the ALPS operating framework (goals & targets, KPI, operating processes, people) to ensure compliance with corporate BA requirements;
-Manages the improvement project funnel including scoping, project assignment, resource planning, tracking of progress benefits controlling sustainability of outcomes;
-Runs own improvement projects delivering value to theganization;
-Be familiar complies with all the applicable corporate as well as site laboratory policies/procedures with regard to personal conduct, HSE Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs (PSRA) standards;
-Complete any other works assigned by the company superior.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelors degree in IE, Chemical engineering process field;
-3+ years of relevant work experience (CI, IE, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.);
-Strong analysis problem-solving skills, Six Sigma Green Belt related certification be preferred;
-Solid experience in continuous improvement methods such as Lean, Six Sigma TPM be preferred;
-Be able strong willing to lead site CI system maturity improvement, great leadership ownership to drive CI projects execution;
-Good team player, knows how to build his/her own network，good interpersonal communication skills;
-Proficient in English.
