职责描述：
1. Support natural resource team in document control other admin duties
2. Responsible fimplementation of the document control strategy provide consistent service delivery across the entire programme and/projects
3. Provide support, guidance training including training other users in system functionality, processes procedures batch uploading
4. Provide reports to detail the amendments progression of documentation
5. Compliance monitoring fthe publication of all documents the chosen document management system, ensuring documents are in the correct format with the correct status metadata
6. Prepare issue meeting minutes on a regular basis. Assist in issuance of meeting invites
7. To maintain appropriate levels of information about documents produced including storage locations, status, owners etc sufficient fregulatory requirements
8. Develop excellent working relationships with the client the teams involved in the provision of services


任职要求：
1. Bachelabove degree with at least 3 years project document management control experience with as-built document archive experience fgovernment requirement as final handover experience
2. Experience in using Aconex required
3. A highly proactive, professional motivated who is self-directed can work independently
4. Team player with excellentganization skills problem solving skills
5. Must be able to manage priorities according to the demands of the programme project environment
6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to demonstrate a high level of document control support
7. Proficient using Microsoft Office
